    Is the delivery free ?

    Our delivery is 100% free with no minimum purchase for all orders delivered in France and the USA. For Europe and the rest of the world, it is possible that delivery charges are applied depending on the country.

    Is it possible to track my order ?

    Yes, of course all our shipments include the 'tracked delivery' option (100% free).

    When your order has been processed and accepted by our delivery partner, you will receive an email containing your link and tracking number. In addition, you can track your shipment directly on our site under the heading 'Track my package'.

    Who are your delivery partners ?

    We mainly use La Poste and Colissimo for deliveries in France. For Europe and the rest of the world we use DHL. The delivery company may change if the alternative is faster.

    How long does it take for delivery ?

    Delivery times vary depending on our partners and the number of orders.

    It takes 3-14 days for delivery to Europe and the United States.

    For the rest of the world the delivery time is 4 to 18 days.

    Yes of course. We can ship to almost any country in the world. However, delivery may take longer.

    Yes, our delivery partners deliver on Saturday mornings and afternoons. However, Sunday delivery is not available.


    Returns & Refunds

    The strap of my watch does not fit, what should I do ?

    We offer a 14 day return policy, during which time you can send the bracelet back to us and we will issue you a full refund. We will also be happy to help you find a bracelet that suits you!

    I received a broken or damaged product, what should I do ?

    Do not panic, although rare this type of problem is not impossible. Send us a video of the product by e-mail and we will resend the product to you 100% at our expense.

    When will I receive my refund ?

    Refund requests can be quite long. It is indeed necessary to count the delivery period of the return. Then, 5 to 7 days for your request to be processed.

    Eventually, our payment processor will credit you with refunded funds within 3-14 days depending on your bank.

    Who is responsible for paying the return costs ?

    There are two possible scenarios:

    - You have received a broken or damaged product and in this case, the return and delivery of the new product is entirely at our expense. If the size of the bracelet is not suitable, we can exchange it for free.

    - You want to return your product for an invalid reason, the return will be at your expense.

    Step 1: The size of your Apple Watch case.

    You will find this size listed on the back of your Apple Watch

    • Straps for 38mm , 40mm and 41mm cases are compatible with each other.
    • Straps for 42mm , 44mm , 45mm and 49mm cases are compatible with each other.

    Step 2: The size of your wrist.

    In general, the male wrist measures 150 to 190 mm while there are 130 to 180 mm for women.

    To measure your wrist, take a tape measure, if you don't have one, use a piece of string or a ribbon and then draw it on a ruler. Wrap your wrist loosely, once you get the measurement, round up to half a centimeter above.

    For example: 152 mm measured = 155 mm

    • If you have a wrist size between 130 and 200 millimeters , you can use the straps for Apple Watch 38/40/41 millimeters .
    • On the other hand, if your wrist is between 140 and 200 millimeters in size, you can use 42/44/45/49 millimeter Apple Watch straps.


    (Example: If I have a 38mm case, I select the size 38/40/41 mm)

    Care Instructions

    1. Remove the band from your Apple Watch.

    2. Clean the band with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth. If necessary, slightly dampen the cloth with fresh water. If this is not enough, use a mild shower gel and not dishwashing liquid, as the latter attacks too much and damages the materials.

    3. Dry the band completely with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth before attaching it to your Apple Watch.
