I did not receive the order confirmation email
Some email addresses such as Hotmail, Live or Orange may not receive automatic order confirmation emails .
If during your order you have not received an automatic confirmation email no later than 30 minutes after your purchase, we invite you to look in your spam/junk folder if it is not there.
If you still cannot find our confirmation email, please contact us at the following address: contact@ewatchstraps.com giving us a new email address (if possible in Gmail) and we will modify and resend the email of confirmation.
If you do not have another email address, we will send you a direct link to track your order.
I received a package but one or more items are missing
For orders with multiple items, we may ship in multiple packages so that the delay of one item does not delay the entire order.
It is therefore normal that the first package you receive does not include your entire order.
