Shipping & Delivery

Is delivery free ?

Our delivery is 100% free with no minimum purchase for all orders delivered in France and the USA. For Europe and the rest of the world, it is possible that delivery charges are applied depending on the country.

Is it possible to track my order ?

Yes, of course all our shipments include the 'tracked delivery' option (100% free).

When your order has been processed and accepted by our delivery partner, you will receive an email containing your link and tracking number. In addition, you can track your shipment live on our site in the 'Track my package' section.

Who are your delivery partners ?

We mainly use UPS and DHL for US and international deliveries. For deliveries in France and Europe we use La Poste, Colissimo and Colis Privé. The delivery company may change if the alternative is faster.

How long does it take for delivery ?

Delivery times vary depending on our partners and the volume of orders.

It takes 3-14 days for delivery to Europe and the United States.

For the rest of the world, delivery time is 4 to 18 days.

How long are orders processed ?

All orders are processed as quickly as possible.

It takes 24 to 72 hours maximum.

If your order is urgent, you can contact us for priority processing.

How quickly are orders shipped ?

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

It takes between 1 day and 7 days maximum.

Do you ship in the US ?

Yes of course. We can ship to almost any country in the world.

Do you deliver on weekends ?

Yes, our delivery partners deliver on Saturday mornings and afternoons. However, Sunday delivery is not available.

Returns & Refunds

The strap of my watch does not fit, what should I do ?

We offer a 30 day return policy, during which you can send the bracelet back to us and we will give you a full refund in the form of a voucher. We will also be happy to help you find a bracelet that suits you!

I received a broken or damaged product, what should I do ?

Do not panic, although rare this type of problem is not impossible. Send us a video of the product by e-mail and we will resend the product to you 100% at our expense.

When will I receive my refund ?

Refund requests can be quite lengthy. You actually have to take into account the return delivery period. Then, 1 to 7 days for your request to be processed.

Finally, our payment processor will credit you with the refunded funds within 3 to 14 days depending on your banking institution.

If you used PayPal to make your purchase, the refund will be instant.

Who is responsible for paying the return costs ?

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.

Is it possible to cancel an order ?

The order can be canceled after passing through the checkout as long as it has not been shipped (generally within 12 hours). We recommend that you write to us as soon as possible at the email address contact@ewatchstraps.com

If the order has already been shipped, we will communicate the return procedure to you in order to obtain a refund.

What is your returns policy ?

You have 30 days after receiving your package to make a return. We will refund 100% of the price of your bracelet in the form of a voucher.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

We recommend that you first check to see if the email is in your spam folder.

Some Hotmail or Live email addresses no longer receive automatic emails.

If during your order you have not received an automatic confirmation email 1 hour after placing the latter, please contact us at contact@ewatchstraps.com by giving us a new email address (Gmail, yahoo...) as well as your Surname and First name entered when ordering.

We will update your email and resend your order confirmation.

Yes, our company accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard. Our payment partner is Stripe, so we have no access to any information about your payments.

When will I be charged for payment ?

Your bank account will be debited with the price of your order 24 to 72 hours after your purchase.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything, what should I do ?

First, we ask you to check with your neighbors.

Also check your mailbox to see if a notice has been delivered.

You can also call La Poste with your tracking number to explain the problem.

There are items missing from my package, is this normal?

In order to guarantee you a better price on all our bracelets we are obliged to have a very large number of suppliers and sometimes it is difficult to coordinate shipments and this results in 2 different packages (so that you have the bracelets available as soon as possible, without delaying the entire delivery).
