Apple Watch band size guide

Bands compatible with the Apple Watch come in a variety of materials, each with its own characteristics.

Thus, to make sure you don't make a mistake in choosing your Apple Watch strap, you must take two criteria into account : The size of your wrist and the size of your watch case.

Determine your wrist size

When you get an Apple Watch (sometimes called an iWatch or smartwatch), you need to consider the size of the band.

An ideally worn watch strap should neither be too tight nor too tight.

In general, the male wrist measures 150 to 190 mm while there are 130 to 180 mm for women.

In order to determine the ideal length of your bracelet, you will have to start by taking the measurement of the circumference of your wrist.

To measure your wrist, take a tape measure, if you don't have one, use a piece of string or a ribbon and then draw it on a ruler. Wrap your wrist loosely, once you get the measurement, round up to half a centimeter above.

For example: 152 mm measured = 155 mm

If you have a wrist size between 130 and 200 millimeters, you can use the 38/40/41 millimeter Apple Watch straps.

On the other hand, if your wrist is between 140 and 200 millimeters in size, you can use bracelets for Apple Watch 42/44/45/49 millimeters.
